Melty Ribbon Chocolate vs. Melty Royal Chocolate

Hi everyone! I could use some advice on a recent purchase I’ve made on lacemarket- Can anyone tell me the specific differences on Melty Ribbon Chocolate vs Melty Royal Chocolate? My friend and I thinks I purchased Melty Ribbon 2019 version but I’m not so sure- I was hoping to get the royal 2013 version instead ribbon 2019 version. I do know that the buttons are a different metal finish with a ridge on ribbon, a slight different chocolate print on the fabric between the two, and the melty drip pattern on the collar is slightly different. Are these the only differences or am I missing something? It looks like the skirt shape could be different but I have no idea ;w;
