my fucking iphone 4 is getting stuck on the apple logo

this is like the 2nd time ive restored it and i just restored it today a few minutes ago, and now its doing this bullshit again. nothing is responding, i clicked the volume up button, nothing. home + power button, nothing. it takes 20 minutes to get off the logo and start all over.
