Is it worth it to preorder plates?
Hey all! I stumbled upon this from the TN.gov website, and I absolutely adore this plate design. However, there are only 649 preorders out of the 1000 that are necessary, which is only a ~150 increase from last May. Has anyone else here preordered plates, Tennessean or not, and found it to be worth the time?
