Life right after stent removal

Hey everyone, I had my stent removed this Tuesday. I felt pretty good right afterwards and the day after. No pain or discomfort whatsoever. That changed today, though. I'm feeling some discomfort on my lower back where the stent was, urgency to urinate and a tiny bit of pain in the urethra. Is this normal?
