Hyperdrama cross anatomy

So as a med student looking at the anatomy of the creature inside the cross is pretty confusing to me, before I start talking I know that this is something fictional and Iam here to talk about the interesting design

So looking at the ribs, it appear that they are connected to the vertebral column rather than them being connected to the sternum which means that this is actually the back of the creature which is pretty interesting to me because looking at the album cover, it looks like there is a glowing eye under the brain which means that this should be the front of the creature

So basically if we are talking anatomically, this is the back of the creature, which blows my mind because I never really thought of it that way, I just thought that this is the front view of the creature

And ofc this might be the front view of the creature because at the end of the day my points are based on facts regarding the anatomical structure of the human body rather than an imaginal creature in an album cover
