Who to prioritise? Jinhsi or Zhezhi?

This might be a stupid question to ask in literally the Jinhsi subreddit but please help me through this dilemma. So the thing is that I pulled Carlotta and decided to pull for Zhezhi instead of Carlotta's weapon. I lost the 50/50 on Zhezhi but still decided to explore everything in Rinascita and pull as much as I can. But unfortunately I've literally ran dry and reached 70 pity but still no Zhezhi. Is it still worth pulling for Zhezhi? I can scrape a few more pulls if I wanted to but is it worth it? Because Jinhsi is in the next banner and I can literally get her for guaranteed in the next 10 pulls that we're getting for free anyways. I've been agonizing over this because Zhezhi is the best for both Carlotta and Jinhsi. If I pull Zhezhi now then it'd be great for my Carlotta. But I don't have the hope that I can get Jinhsi after that.
