Question as someone who just started using insta

Is there I way I can decline shoppers from taking my order who are doing multiple other large orders at the same time? I ordered 30 items around 4:00 pm expecting to get it by 6:30 pm at the latest and it’s now 7:32 pm. I live a 5 minute drive from the grocery store but don’t drive and it’s currently -27 outside. Would have been cheaper, faster and less stressful to just take a taxi and do it myself. How does shopping multiple orders even work? Is there a chance the shopper is going to get my things mixed up with other peoples things? How on earth do they keep track of what belongs to who? Also I tipped $30 was that considered too cheap and that’s why I still haven’t got it? I figured since I was getting 30 items a $30 tip would be good but now I’m worried it wasn’t enough. I have terrible anxiety and this is straight up giving me a panic attack.
