the gacha systems effect on f2p and low spenders

Unlike other games where you pull for characters—take Genshin Impact for example—to "max out" a character, you would need to pull for them 7 times and their signature weapon 5 times. But here on Nikki, getting an entire set just twice will get you all the recolors, so that's all it takes to "max them out." This is, of course, great for whales as they need to pull a lot less to max out, saving them money, and for F2P (free-to-play) players too, as in other games most don't even think about maxing out, but here we can. However, how is it going to affect us F2P and low spenders long-term? whales having to spend less money could put some on the revenue strain on us as this could make Paperfold give a lot less free diamonds to ensure that the whales always need to spend everything to get an outfit twice, or release outfits very quickly and leave no room for saving—or both at the same time which would be bad for everyone. and also considering the fact that if we get lucky on a random pull in other games such as Genshin, we get the entire character, but here we only get a piece of the set, it is already harder for F2P players so how do you guys think Infinity Nikki will handle this going forward? i heard paperfolds reputation with how Love and DeepSpace and Shining Nikki isnt so good but dont know much
