Suggest alternatives pls :(

I just got chemical peeling done for the first time today and my dermatologist asked me to use this Venusia moisturizing cream to help with the dry skin and peeling. I used up all my monthly allowance and now I'm too broke to get this now ;-; Do you guys know any cheaper alternatives of a really strong moisturizer. Can i use something like vaseline? please help me out :(
