Ubisoft+ through Xbox.com on PC

I want to play Avatar and Star Wars Outlaws and just learned about Ubisoft+. I want to get it for my PC and saw that its cheaper on Xbox.com than the Ubisoft store. However, i'm confused about whether it will allow me to download and play games on my PC if I buy it through xbox.com or is it just for the Xbox consoles. If it does, how am i supposed to download the game? Someone please help.
