Does things like these effect team spirit,is bcci heading in right direction?

You guys have hear of the new rules bcci wants to introduce for ICT.Me personally as a cricket fan not against any player but there was a trend change from 2018 eng tour.Star players used to travel in different buses rather than main bus team.Used to live in different hotels.Saw many pics of Indian team which very good btw but there was Anushka Sharma in middle of them which felt very strange on first glance bcz none other players wifes or girlfriends were there with them in that pic.So do u think these trend diminsh team spirit in some way.I personally feel families are important aspect of life and they should be there with them bcz when player is down or feeling low they are the ones who will help their partner.But I am very much against players not travelling in team bus for going practice or somewhere,it will effect other young players mindset and they won't be able to talk to their senior players,you know have small talks,get to knw,learn something when senior players live in different hotels and travel other than team bus.Are the bcci decision in right direction.
