Does someone else noticed a difference in weight lost after strictly using levo at the same time every day?
Hello, I am 27F and was diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism last year. I've been using 25mg Levo for a couple months now. My doctor wanted me to go off it, but I didn't want to, because one of the main symtoms I have is that losing weight is really hard. I am at a healthy weight, but I would love to cut and bulk because I like going to the gym and building muscle. I was also in a calorie deficiency and it didn't seem to work effectively after a couple months of losing weight. At that point I was using levo on different times a day. Sometimes 13pm. Sometimes 9 am, sometimes even earlier or later, and I always made sure to eat only after 30 minutes.
Now I'm more strict. I use the same time everyday and I slighty notice a difference, but it's also hard to tell because I ate a lot during Christmas and New years. Is this something common?
