[HIRING] Adjust outfits and body on paperdoll/sprite (LGBT FRIENDLY, ANIME STYLE)

Hello! I'm working on a project that has a paperdoll/sprite that has several variations (ex: flat chest, small breasts, medium). One variation that's been requested is for the hips. The current hips will be moved to medium size, and you'll have to adjust the sprite (which has already been drawn) and the various outfits as well to fit.

Considering this is a pretty substantial commission that requires you to work with art that's already been made and adjust quite a bit, I think a budget of 150+ USD seems fair. As for the plus, it's because I'm unsure how much work it would exactly take to do this. I'm MORE than willing to talk and negotiate if this offer is too low. I do my best to treat artists well and compensate them fairly. I'm just unaware of how much this may cost, considering I haven't dealt with adjusting art that's already been made.

As for the deadline, I'm fully aware that today is New Year's Day/Eve for many people. I'm willing to wait a while, but this comm will probably have to get done within a few weeks.
