Help required. How can I debug my Ethernet hub?

Quick rundown on the setup:

First of all, there are several wall outlets with both coax and ethernet. They all connect downstairs in a panel in the basement.

No issues with coax, however I have not for the life of me been able to get Ethernet to work through the wall ports. At first I thought it was a bad connection to the loft (where the router was before) but I rewired it to the kitchen, still no luck. I'm wondering at this point if it's something more simple like a configuration issue on the router side?

Right now the kitchen Ethernet is connected to the input, and every other Ethernet is on the output. Connected to the router in the kitchen as well obviously.

On the Ethernet side, I see it flash orange and green lights for about 1 second occasionally (like once every minute or two), and no connection is created.
