Contrave and IF

For anyone else who’s using the generic Contrave formulary with metformin and topiramate, have you successfully been able to intermittent fast? Since the directions call for taking the medication in the AM and taking with food, wasn’t sure if there was another way. For example, would I be able to wait and take the meds at 12pm for my first real meal of the day?

I do feel like the meds are helpful in curbing my food noise, but I’m still struggling to lose any meaningful weight (I’m on week 9). I think using IF along with the meds would help get things moving along.
