Why are there no nice Hilton properties in Memphis?

I have only found one Hilton flag property to stay at in Memphis. HGI out near Germantown by IKEA. does somebody know another property in the area that I haven’t found? EDIT: I apologize for the term flag; I intended it to convey the concept of ALL Hilton brands ie. Hampton, Curio, etc.
