Murph failure

I have bought my murph 3 months ago, I wore it almost every day, so I did not have to wind up it just 2 or 3 times. Last time I had to wind up, I winded the crown maybe 6-8 times, setted the time, and at work I realised my watch stopped working, hairsping don’t move. Luckily I have the warranty, but seriously, after 3 months I have to make it rapair? Any thoughts what went wrong? Thanks!
