Jack Henry Hair Refresh Dupe

Hey all! Would love to make a dupe of this sea salt spray as it works super well, but way too expensive to justify buying it again. Seems really simple, just unsure of how much of each ingredient to add.

It's just spring water, sea salt, witch hazel, and lemon oil.
