Downgrade GTA 5 (Rockstar games launcher)

Hello,does anyone know how to downgrade gta 5? current version is 1.0.3411.0. because i want to play w the next mods and possibly other:

NVE (Natural Vision Evolved)

RDE (Rebalanced Dispatch Enhanced) and i dont know in which order to install first,first NVE then RDE or viceversa? Thanks in advance
