Does anyone know anything about this place. Koi Ramen?

What are their hours? Are they actually open for business?

I have read about this place recently opening. I really want to try it. I can’t find their hours or phone number posted anywhere. There are two google reviews and in a discussion here a few days ago, some said they actually dined here.

I have tried twice, once last Sunday during the late afternoon, and just now at lunchtime on Thursday. Both times the place is sealed with no signs of life. There is still masking paper covering the windows and doors. Is it really open? Can someone please comment? I live in the east side and feel stupid driving here just on the hope it is open.
