Are there any pizzas or ingredients that you really like making?

In contrast to the usual “oh this one annoys me so much” I’m curious to see if there’s any you really like.

I’m not sure why but I really like placing eggplants, ham and bell peppers. They’re the most satisfying thing to place.

As for recipes, I like doing orders such as salty sailor or classic meat (2-4 ingredient ones with alternate names) and colour based ones because they’re simple but also not just saying “I want this topping”
