Need Advice on Flat Hunting

Hi Everyone, My wife and I are looking for a 2BHK near Panjim for a long-term rental starting in March. I’ll be visiting Goa in the second week of February to finalise a flat.

I’d love to hear your suggestions on the best way to start the flat-hunting process. Should we go through a broker, or are there better alternatives? Any leads or tips would be greatly appreciated!
