CS2 Alt+Tab freeze the games after a couple seconds

I tried disabling hardware accelaration both in windows and steam overlay, verify game files, delete cs2 and verify again, reinstall gpu drivers, restarting my pc.

This problem did not happen to any other game other than cs2.
Any fix available?
