Does Gen Z need a men’s equivalent of feminism?
Edit: FYI Caitlin Moran is a famous feminist author.
I’ve just finished reading “What about men?” by Caitlin Moran. It’s a laid-back and humorous take on the current Gen Z gender wars.
Towards the end, she makes a serious point that the reason women are up and men are down right now is because men don’t have an equivalent of feminism, so feminists are dominating the narrative and setting the agenda, leaving men feeling excluded and despondent.
I know there’s a lot of stigma around men talking about things, but maybe Moran is right and it’s time for men to build a healthy, constructive narrative about their issues and their role in the world?
