Too many attempts

I’m trying to withdraw my coins. I literally copy pasted the email verification and kept getting its wrong. Okay so I back out and restart. Now I’m getting Too Many Attempts. What!? How long until I can actually withdraw? And why is it that copy pasting my email code gives me this?
