Is this dangerous?

This is the plug that i have for my laptop, it's the original one. I leave it plugged in all the time also when I have the laptop off. I noticed days ago that it got damaged and it looks like a bit burned. Is this issue common? Its not very clear in the picture bit it is a bit black around the damage. Also I have a picture of the swiss electrical socket
