help me choose my next phone?

i'm a complete tech noob and i'm having a hard time choosing a phone. i'm looking for something which is priced below 30k, has a good camera and which will last me for the next 4 to 5 years atleast. i can extend my budget a little bit if it's needed.

i'm open to other suggestions as well.
