Help pls!

Hey! First time maker. Back again, added some cheeks and a forehead! Needs to be smoothed more and I'll glue/add small foam to any cracks, but how's it looking for a general shape? Going for kemono/toony mix, dragon. Still need to add horns and ears but more concerned about the head. Any advice is appreciated, as well as any green lights to continue! Thank you ^{^}
