Vacation budget tips

My husband and I are taking our two kids to Universal Studios for 5 days at the end of March. I booked the vacation back in November through a friend of mine who's a travel agent on the side. She got us an amazing deal which includes airfare, rental car and hotel. We would have driven but I live in Maryland it'd take us at least 2 days to travel down there. This includes stopping for gas, potty and then a hotel night. It's too much. We've done it several times before but nope not this time. My husband and I decided to fly this year. However, it's Florida and it can get expensive. We're not doing Disney world because we've been already. Does anyone have any frugal tips for us to keep costs down? I think our biggest expenditure will be food and toys. Thank
