I'm thinking about getting Foundry but have some questions

If I buy Foundry do I have the license to use in on any pc with my account or only the one I bought It on? I make battle maps on my pc and play it on my friends at his house.

Since Foundry doesn't use cloud storage can I move its data to a Onedrive or USB memory stick to move it from my pc to my friends?
