Does anyone know where to watch Kamikaze Girls (2004) for free/cheap?

I'm trying to find the Japanese film Kamikaze Girls (2004) directed by Tetsuya Nakashima. Does anyone know where I can find this film for free or cheap? (under $10.) I've tried my library, but it doesn't really have a lot of foreign films.
