Rod power and test help

Im looking at heavy and extra heavy rods but they are only rated for around 30-60 lbs line that dosent make sense to me. Isn’t the heavy and extra heavy rods used for the largest world record fish. Like what line rating spinning rod should I get if I’m wanting to catch a massive great white or tuna or a world record fish. Also recommend me some huge reels the largest possible idc about putting up a fight with a fish I wanna reel in everything like it’s nothing, absolutely want to destroy the fish in the fight. I want to lip the rips off of any fish in existence no matter the size.
