Why is everyone so against unionizing?
Especially considering the way everyone prefers to order online now and Express is always in need of bodies.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but if everyone from every station agrees to be a part of a union then driver can and will get union benefits, right?
Don't let the managers brainwash you by saying that because FedEx Express is an airline with trucks, drivers can't be union.
Come on, what century are we living in. It's about time, no?
Let's not even get into inflation & cost of living or the "step" program. It's mindblowing to me that everyone just says "ok, well at least I have a job." & leaves it at that.
Thanks for reading my rant but seriously can we do it?
