Abusing timeouts to ban people?

2 so called pro players (Shushan & PlesseN) , abusing timeouts to get 2 people on the other team banned?
you can even hear Shushan say "you think you an FPL player are gonna get banned in premium que?" what in the double standards is this?
If you guys take no action towards this , we can tell how equal all the players are in this platform !
