CeraVe Moisturizer gave me Milia

I started using cerave for two weeks now, I love the matte finish after the cream has settled and absorbed on my oily combo skin. BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT GAVE ME STUBBORN MILIA, AROUND MY CHEEKS AND FOREHEADS. Does anyone have any experience with this? Any alternatives?
