headcanon - what if housofpsychoticwomn led right into ptolemaea?

i know housofpsychoticwomn isn't officially part of the ethel cain saga and doesn't quite fit the vibe of preacher's daughter, but it sounds so much like what ethel might have heard as the drugs kicked in right before ptolemaea. the distorted sounds in the background are her memories of the past (the church organ drone) blending into her half-conscious perception of the present (confusion and heavy breathing.) the lyrics are isaiah's voice in her head: do you think you know how to love? do you think you understand what it is to be loved? you don't. and you never will... when you were young you wished someone loved you, but i do, i do, i do... not to mention the repeated i love you throughout, echoing in a darker, more desperate tone near the beginning of ptolemaea.

listening to it with this in mind makes me feel a little sick. it really sounds like the onset of a terrible trip, and imagining those lyrics in isaiah's voice recontextualizes the whole thing for me. curious to know what others think
