[Discussion] Where the hell do I find Smoked Chimney drain cleaners?

I've been running Interchange raids looking through every duffle I could find and nothing, I've done it so many times that I have like 10 GPUs in my inventory from checking the tech stores along the way. I've tried the underground locked cages in Reserve as well for a ton of raids and I am yet to see a single fucking one of these damned things.
