zmk / nice!nano battery status of other half?

I haven't ever customized firmware more than layout, so excuse me if this is naive.

I am planning to replace the display on one half (ideally right) of my wireless lily58 with a trackpoint module. The board is using nice!nano v2 controllers and the left is the main. Is it possible to know on the left half the status of both batteries? Are there any examples of this?

Next thing for me to figure out would be how to actually display this information in a meaningful way, once I understand how to reference the information... 😅
