took physics 1 finals am currently scared. does it get better after physics.

doing relatively well in my calc and engineering core classes but physics been tough. i just want to know does it get better maybe not easier but would by understanding become better in it. i studied a lot and what I studied for appeared but in different ways i didnt expect and haven't see. so i just want to know.
