Delivery driver “delivered” package somewhere else , now I can’t get a refund .

I ordered an item on eBay .The item I ordered said “delivered” ( last week )but the confirmation photo is obviously not my place . But because the delivery driver made a mistake and said it was delivered at my place It is now impossible for me to get a refund .

I have filed at least 3-4 claims but the keep closing them and saying since it says delivered it’s not their problem .

On eBay’s website , right under their “Worry Free Guarantee” it say in the second line “Get the item you ordered or your money back-it's that simple.”
