Inherited $400k at 29 years old - Thoughts on these ETFs

Unexpectedly inherited $400k at 29 years old. I don’t need the money now (no debt, I work a full-time job, and have never had issues financially) -- so my plan is to invest it and don’t look at it for 20+ years and turn it into $2m+.

I have read some posts and have come up with this allocation plan for ETFs (and rebalance overtime as needed). Thoughts? Alternatives for any of my choices or percentages?

Note: I plan to buy a house in the next 2 years, so I want to have $ ready for a down payment. With mortgage rates at ~7%, I do not think I would pay full cash as I would hope I can earn ~8-11% a year over 20+ years (based on historical returns over a 20 year period).
