Considering for cPTSD with Fainting

Good day, I'm 35m, 3 years sober of alcohol, recreational user of a few drugs, self medicating with a couple others. Not to say I'm a heavy user of anyting except THC. I had a traumatic childhood of poverty, and became a debilitating(socially) alcoholic at 19, was homeless on and off through my 20's, was acruing more PTSD the whole while. Having to go no contact with my father at 28 finally jarred me enough to take up work and get my own apartment, and my life has been dramatically improving since.

Unfortunately, with more on the line(and maybe COVID helped), my occasional(once a year or less) fainting issue has come to the forefront. It used to only happen if I had been neglecting my health, then got too stoned and smoked a cigarette, seemed like a blood pressure drop. Nowadays it has a lot more in common with a regular panic attack, no discernable trigger but I get all the symptoms, plus low blood pressure(white as a sheet) and fainting.

It happened today for probably the fifth or sixth time at my job I just ALMOST managed to keep for 2 years(really wanted to be elligible for a home loan), but I think that was the last one. Not a good day for it to happen. It seems the cause of the fainting has been psychogenic seizures, because this one today was accompanied by mild seizure activity when I would stand up to try to test if it was going away. I guess I should have mentioned I have no insurance, and am all out of money thanks to totalling my truck on christmas eve.

Sorry this got so personal, I really just wanted to ask if anyone here has had success with treating cPTSD-caused psychogenic seizures.
