Rat deck cutting for better cards.

Hi all - as the title suggests i currently have the core of a Marrow Gnawer deck - im having fun with it but im finding it getting outpaced by things like Krenko decks and the like, so ive added a few big hitters to my maybeboard. The problem im having is i can't decide on what to cut from my main deck to fit them in.. Im thinking maybe cutting most cards to do with Lord Skitter and possibly Flitterfang but i would love some insight from more experienced EDH players.
