Like it’s extremely common to find a TikTok like “when you hit your calories and it’s 12PM” and he’s just drinking diet soda like bro just eat food!!! It’s fine to be off track a few days/weeks whatever bro I wish people realized that getting your dream physique will never make you happy if it means sacrificing your mental health. Honestly tho or they’ll normalize cutting out entire food groups which is fine but also not the only way to get in shape.
