Why the fuck do i meet level 90s?

I recently started playing UFC4 online, and everyone i meet is a fucking sweat that has played for like 3 years at least. Why cant i meet someone my rank? Im rank 7 and i would say im pretty good at the game. I know all the basics very well and a bit more advanced stuff too. I can sort of play against the level 30-40s even though i loose to them every time too, but the fucking level 90s. Wtf man? They absolutely KILL my fighter in like 4 hits even though i block everything. HOW?!!
