Giggling and smiling

Question for those who are more educated than me on babies … is it normal for amelia to be so … stiff? i don’t even mean that in a bad way, i just can’t think of another word for it. I assumed she would be at least smiling by now?? i see videos where they’re pinching her cheeks or bouncing her and she’s just blank faced!!
