Fashion famous to Dress to impress

i recently migrated from fashion famous to dress to impress and the difference in people voting is INSANE to me. while in FF people still don't generally vote highly unless it's a troll or a very impressive outfit but in DTI no one votes!! i play with my friend and we give each other 5 stars and aside from that, everyone else gives us the default one star or at best a few more stray votes.... it feels very discouraging and i'm torn if i should go back to FF or stay in DTI because i do like the outfit creation and coloring here WAY more than in FF.
