Is there a particular reason I can’t remake my rook with exact identical presets?

I’m actually heartbroken because I deleted the original to make space for some new ones, not expecting the character creator to somehow not be reliable. I genuinely have no idea how to even fix this or why it’s happening, but I have screenshots of every single aspect of the first rook & the bottom is how she looks now with the identical presets?

Has this happened to anyone else & does anyone have any clue why this even happens? I’ve seen a few people point out their can’t replicate other rooks despite using the same presets, but I’m just sad because I wanted to re-use my first ever rook again because she’s my favourite & now I can’t :(
