Has anyone been approached by world_dragshow?

I was approached by an account on Instagram called world_dragshow saying they want to promote me to their followers. I'm suspicious that its a scam, or they'd harvest my images for content or feeding an ai or something. They have a lot of followers and look kinda legitimate though. Does anyone else have experience with something like this? I don't want to make the wrong move

Edit: they're a recently converted foot fetish page. While I'm not going to kinkshame, I'm also probably not going to accept their offer.
