Buying stones in Belgium

So here in Belgium there's a law that bans any sort of loot based microtransactions which includes Dokkan's dragon stones but the thing is that there is (not anymore) a way to cheat the system simply by using a vpn... Until last update (on global).

Now when I try choosing the way I want to pay, Google stops me by saying "not available in your country".

I'd love to know if there is anybody else that was doing the same thing and which is also stoped by Google before the end or if there's a "fix".
